Two well-structured workouts created to strengthen and stretch the muscles in your upper body. It's all designed to increase flexibility and reduce tension in your neck and shoulders. The two-workout format is an excellent training technique. The first segment slowly and carefully demonstrates each move; the second section uses those moves in a free-flowing yoga sequence. Besides the classic yoga poses, you also get some upper-body traditional toning (e.g. push-ups).
